2009 GMA National Conference
Perth - 8th to 13th November
It is a pleasure to invite you to come to Perth Western Australia to participate in what I consider to be the most important GMA Conference we have ever held. This is the 34th Conference and I cannot recall any time in the past when such a conference was a must attend affair. This conference program is truly exciting and has been designed by golf club managers for golf club managers to meet the diverse needs of the golf club industry in these challenging times. You told us what your concerns were and it is these concerns that have been addressed in the program. We then sourced the best of the best keynote speakers and presenters to deliver the program.
A quick glance at this program will confirm that this conference tackles the tough issues in these financially tough times.
The conference also provides the unique opportunity to form essential networks with other managers and the golf industry in general.
The GMA Conference will enliven us all in a way that will leave us richer in knowledge, invigorated through participation and expanded in friendships and contacts. This will therefore be a conference that no manager can afford to miss and I look forward to ensuring that it will be a truly memorable occasion in every way.

GMA and Schweppes form a new Partnership
Golf Management Australia Ltd is pleased to announce a partnership agreement with Schweppes Australia Pty Ltd.
As part of the agreement, Schweppes will be GMA's official partner for the GMA Biennial Conference to be held in Perth from 8th to 13th November, 2009.
Schweppes will also be recognised as GMA's official beverage partner.
National Account Manager for Schweppes, Zac Russell said "Schweppes has always been a strong supporter of golf, golf club management, and grass-roots programs that develop participation in the sport. This is a fantastic opportunity for Schweppes to strengthen our ties by becoming the official conference partner of GMA Ltd. Additionally, Schweppes will be GMA's official partner for the next three years, and this will also include support of GMA's 2011 conference."
