The GMA National Conference provides progressive and relevant educational programs and is an impetus for knowledge sharing, new business ideas and networking. The program encourages discussion on current and potential issues affecting golf management in Australia.
The theme "Balancing Expectations" reflects the leadership that managers need to exert in balancing the expectations of the Board, the members, the staff and their own personal circumstances. The forces, which could impact on that balance and therefore shift the axis of harmony, productivity and progressiveness, are numerous and at times well disguised.
