General Information

COMMUNICATION

All communication with registered delegates will be by email wherever an email address is provided, or by fax. If you register and do not receive a confirmation either by email or fax within 5 working days please contact the Conference Secretariat EECW by phone on (08) 9389 1488 or email info@eecw.com.au

DISCLAIMER

The information published in the conference brochure is correct at the time of printing. The Organisers reserve the right to change any aspect of the program without prior notice. Please refer to the Conference Web Site for program updates.

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to the conference.

PRIVACY

The Privacy Act 2001 provides that, before your name and organisational details can be published in the list of conference delegates for distribution, you must give your consent. You may elect to exclude your name from the published Delegate List.

MEALS

The Conference Organisers recognise that some delegates may have special dietary needs. Please advise the Conference Secretariat either via the registration form or in writing should you wish for them to make alternative arrangements on your behalf.

CLIMATE

The average maximum temperature in Perth, WA in November is 26.4 degrees Celsius and an average rainfall of 19.7mm.

CHILD CARE

Please note that no official arrangements have been made for child care during the Conference. Please check with the hotel you are staying at who may be able to assist you further with babysitting services during your stay.

SMOKING POLICY

The Duxton Hotel Perth has a no smoking policy. This policy also applies to the majority of restaurants, bars and shopping centres in Perth.

VISAS

International visitors to Australia require a Visa or an electronic travel authority. It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and complete before you commence your journey. Information on obtaining visas or ETA's can be found on the web site - www.eta.immi.gov.au

VISITORS TO PERTH

Perth Airport is the international and regional gateway to Western Australia. Located only 12 km north east from the heart of Perth, shuttle buses operate between the airports, Perth city and Fremantle. Hire cars and taxis are easily available.
